What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm (noon).
How many people is this room for?
The Twin Room is designed for 1–4 guests (2 double beds).
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included in the rate for this room.
Is there parking?
Yes, the hotel has parking. You can request it when making your booking.
How do I pay for the booking?
Your booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the hotel reception.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you cancel 15 days or more in advance, we refund 80% of the deposit; with less than 15 days there is no refund. You can also change your dates online up to 8 days before arrival, subject to availability (Colombian Law 300 of 1996).
Does the price include taxes?
Taxes (19% VAT) apply only to guests who are residents of Colombia; foreign travelers are exempt from this charge. The price per night varies by season; choose your dates to see the exact price.
